1.2. The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to the booking website, while the terms "you", "your", "client" refer to any person making a booking on our website.

1.3. By making a booking on our website, you agree to be bound by this cancellation and refund policy.

  2. Reschedule Policy

2.1. Clients may reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2.2. If a client reschedules a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

2.3. The rescheduled booking must be made for a date and time agreed upon by both the client and the doctor.

2.5. If a rescheduled booking cannot be agreed upon, the original booking will be cancelled and our cancellation and refund policy will apply.

  3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

3.2. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, partial refund will be issued by deducting the payment gateway charges.

3.3. Service providers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

3.4. If a service provider cancels a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued to the client.
 

   4. Refund Policy

4.1. If the doctor fails to attend a scheduled booking, we may offer you the reschedule option or a full refund will be issued to the client.

4.2. If a client cancels a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, partial refund will be issued by deducting the payment gateway charges.

4.3. Partial refund will be issued if a client cancels a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time by deducting payment gateway charges.

4.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the booking.

5.1. We reserve the right to amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time without notice.

5.2. Your continued use of our website after any amendments indicates your acceptance of the amended cancellation and refund policy.
